HUSKY INTELLIGENCE AUTOMATES FIELD SERVICE MANAGEMENT WITH ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE
Field service management software provider, previously known as NetDispatcher, has renamed itself to Husky Intelligence. The company wanted to unify the brand name in North America, U.K. and Europe to better serve larger markets. The new brand also holds an interesting promise for the future.
“Husky Intelligence, the new name, represents two important aspects of our company. Husky translates to being strong and powerful, where intelligence emphasizes logic and automation. The importance and significance of artificial intelligence, or A.I., is quickly growing among service businesses and we want to be the first ones to utilize it field service management”, says Vesa Tauriainen, the company’s President & CEO.
A.I. IS THE NEXT SOFTWARE MEGATREND
Artificial intelligence, or A.I., is the rapidly coming the next megatrend. Industry specific software is driving processes to be more effective in service businesses by automation. The logical intelligence and automation is quickly increasing.
“Husky Intelligence is already using automation to better our customers’ workloads; sophisticated optimization routines to improve job queues and automated alerts and workflows to handle customer communications, to name a few.” Mr. Tauriainen continues.
ARE A.I. AND ROBOTS REPLACING PEOPLE?
We are very close to automating routine office tasks with intelligent software solutions. Todays sophisticated products, such as Husky Intelligence, can also assist the field technicians, for example using speech recognition. While we are still ways from replacing the human element for today’s service business entirely, the importance of robots and A.I. are inevitably increasing to automate daunting and time-consuming tasks. We follow the trend with excitement.
Husky Intelligence is rapidly growing field service management software company selling in North America, Europe and U.K. The company has offices in Houston Texas and in Finland.
