The portal is restricted for client use, meaning they can only view information as opposed to making wholesale edits. Interestingly, the client can raise corrective action points to any non-conformities raised on the audit(s). This streamlines the process for the ERC team meaning they now don’t have to manually set reminders to ensure all corrective action points are in place, they simply use one centralised platform.
