Privacy policy

Last updated 10 October 2026

This policy explains how Husky Intelligence ("Husky", "we", "us") collects and uses personal data when you visit huskyintelligence.com or contact us through it. It does not cover data processed inside the Husky software on behalf of our customers, which is governed by our software terms of use.

Who we are

Husky Intelligence is the data controller for personal data collected through this website. We are registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) under registration number ZB667618.

What we collect

  • What you tell our chat assistant. Our product expert chat, powered by GPTMate, is how you contact us through this website. If you share details such as your name, email address, phone number, company or what you need, we use them to answer you and to follow up, for example to arrange a demo.
  • Technical data that your browser sends automatically, such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, which our hosting provider uses to keep the site secure and working.

How we use it, and our lawful basis

  • To respond to your enquiry and arrange demos, quotes or the resources you asked for (legitimate interests, or steps prior to entering a contract).
  • To run and secure this website (legitimate interests).
  • To understand how the site is used, only if you accept analytics cookies (consent).

We never sell your personal data.

Who we share it with

We use trusted service providers who process data on our behalf under contract, including our website hosting provider (Vercel) and GPTMate, which powers our product expert chat (messages you type into the chat are processed by GPTMate to answer you) and, if you consent, our analytics. Some providers may process data outside the UK; where they do, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum or adequacy regulations.

Cookies and analytics

We only use analytics if you choose "Accept" in our cookie banner. With your consent we use GPTMate Journey to understand how visitors move through the site (for example, which pages are viewed and in what order) so we can improve it. We don't use advertising cookies.

If you choose "Reject", or don't make a choice, the analytics script is not loaded. We store your choice in your browser so we don't ask again. You can change your mind at any time using the "Cookie settings" link in the footer.

How long we keep it

We keep chat and enquiry data for as long as needed to respond and for up to 24 months afterwards for follow-up, unless you become a customer, in which case our customer terms apply.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you have the right to access, correct or erase your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, to data portability and to withdraw consent. To exercise any of these rights, email sales@huskyintelligence.com.

If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the ICO at ico.org.uk.

Security

We hold Cyber Essentials certification and the Husky platform is hosted on Amazon Web Services. Website traffic is encrypted using HTTPS.
